DSJSW Week One, Post Three (Reflection & Questions)

 This week was very interesting because it was my initial introduction to the class. So far, I am very fond of the class and the topic that I have chosen, and am very intrigued by the idea of looking at social justice and its implications through a social work lens. 

One question that I do have is whether or not social justice, oppression, and power have different definitions when using them within family units or within small communities. I wonder if the meaning of these words or their implications may change based on the scale of what is being measured. I'm having a hard time wording the question correctly but I am hoping to get some more clarification within the next module and week of lessons.
