Independent Research Week Ten, Post Three (Reflection & Questions)

 This was probably my favorite study that I have read so far throughout my independent research because it researched the psychological reasoning behind the actions of those that contribute to these inequities. For some reason, I have never thought to look at this through a psychological lens and now I feel like I may want to make that a focal point in my presentation. 

Thus, the one question I have is if there are other psychological theories surrounding the reasons people contribute and ignore inequities and if so what are they? I am going to try to find a book on this or something because I think it's super interesting.
